Return Policy
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the date you purchased your items from us. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags and labels.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, please email our customer support team at support@cuveekiss.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have your RMA number, securely package your items in their original packaging along with proof of purchase, then mail your return to the address below:

Please note, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the date we receive your return for processing. Depending on your credit card company or payment provider, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. We will email you when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at the email above so we can arrange a refund or exchange.
